Dr. Asfa offers procedures that involve reshaping the labia, vulva or penis. For women, Dr. Asfa offers several types of vaginal rejuvenation procedures, including labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, monsplasty and vaginoplasty.

• Labiaplasty, also known as female genital reshaping, aims to change the size and shape of the labia minora (inner lips of the vulva). Labiaplasty is the most commonly performed aesthetic genital plastic surgery and can relieve symptoms women experience from twisting and tugging of the labia. women opt for this procedure for a variety of reasons, including discomfort when ridgin a bike or during intercourse, itching, irritation and self-consciousness.
• Clitoral hood reduction is performed to reduce excess folds of the clitoral hood to improve the balance and appearance of the female genitalia. 
• Monsplasty is a procedure to reduce the amount of fatty tissue and/or skin from the upper part of the vulva (where the pubic hair is). 
• Vaginoplasty (also known as posterior colporrhaphy) is a procedure designed to tighten the vagina for women with significant laxity in the vagina.
• For men, Dr. Asfa offers procedures that can reshape the penis, including enlargement phalloplasty, girth enlargement phalloplasty, and full phalloplasty. 
• Enlargement phalloplasty is a procedure that increases penis length. Dr. Asfa will make an incision at the base of the penis and cut the ligament that attaches the penis to the body. This will cause the penis to extend out further from the body. The penis is not actually longer, but more of it is visible.
• Girth enlargement phalloplasty is a procedure to increase the width of the penis by using fatty tissue removed from another part of the body. Dr. Asfa may sew strips of fat underneath the skin of the penis (dermal fat grafting) or inject fat into the penis (fat transfer or fat transplant), to increase the width of the penis.
• Full phalloplasty is the combination of both enlargement and girth phalloplasty procedures during the same operation.
